Desirae (Desi) Payne
Desi is from Ottumwa, Iowa
and she has 30 years of experience in
Children’s Ministry. She is seen daily
on Trinity Broadcasting Network’s “Smile
of a Child” as Dizzy the Clown. Dizzy is
highly energetic, fun and captivating as
she teaches Biblical truths, character
development and at the same time
encourages spiritual growth. Desi has a
Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education
and Theology. She also provides weekly
“Humor Therapy” at a hospital and cancer
center. She is the author of several
books and a wife and a mother of two.
